Jussie Smollet: All Charges Dropped!!

So if you havent heard of of Jussie Smollets charges have been dropped. This is not to be confused with exoneration but let's be honest, we're confused anyway. Apparently, today the prosecution dropped All SIXTEEN criminal charges against Smollet leaving him to walk with a clean record. He only has to do two days of community service and then he's good. Jussie said that this has been one of the hardest experience of his life and that he has not lied and been consistent about his innocence. The head of the Chicago Police department  was blindsided and in shock by the Jussie Smollet throwing shade that Jussie must have done it to take a deal and the Mayor said that this sends a message that if you are a person of influence you will not be brought to Justice and it was a "whitewash of justice". In my opinion to drop ALL the charges I believe that there was proof of innocence that evoked reasonable doubt and because the Chicago police department handled the case in the public the had to let it go. Jussies lawyer noted that CPD should not have handled the case in the public and that this should be a lesson to them. So Jussie is free! What do you think about all this?
